WTO规则下的新贸易壁垒及中国之应对策略

WTO的宗旨是降低关税及其他贸易壁垒,消除歧视性待遇,逐步实现贸易的自由化。然而,有些国家为了自身的利益,设置并滥用WTO所允许的技术性贸易壁垒、绿色贸易壁垒,对其他国家出口贸易进行限制,并且在多边贸易谈判中针对发展中国家提出了所谓的劳工标准,欲筑起蓝色贸易壁垒。这些新贸易壁垒对中国的出口贸易产生了巨大的影响,必须采取切实有力的措施加以应对。

New trade barrier under WTO rule and China's countermeasure strategy

WTO aims at reducing tariffs and other trade barriers,eliminating discriminatory treatment and realizing a gradual liberalization of trade.However,some countries have set up and abused,to their own benefit,such Technical Trade Barriers,Green Trade Barriers as are allowed under WTO to restrict other countries export trade.They have also brought forth in the multi-lateral trade talks the so-called Labor Standards directed at the developing countries,trying to construct Blue Trade Barriers.These new trade barriers have had a tremendous impact upon China's export trade,thus practical and vigorous countermeasures are to be taken.
