| 摘 要： | 目前在工程项目施工中习惯沿用“图纸交底”，但由于现代工程项目施工都是合同工程，文章提出应用“ 同交底”来取代“图纸交底”的见解，并阐述了合同交底的概念，作用及实施程序。

| Abstract: | At present the construction project conventionally adopts drawing explanation. However, the current construction projects mostly are contract engineering, this paper puts forward the opinion applying contract explanation instead of drawing, at the same time, it expounds the concept, effect and procedure of contract explanation. |
