我国经济体制改革和政府人事制度改革不断深化,但与此相配套的公务员养老保险制度尚未建立起来,它阻碍了改革的进一步深化,因此建立一套适合我国国情的公务员养老保险制度迫在眉睫。本文分析我国公务员养老保险制度的历史及现状。同时以标志性事件为坐标,将其分为五个部分。重点介绍了当前改革的成绩,分析存在的问题。

The reforms of economy system and personnel system are developing,but the pension system for civil servants contacting with these reforms has not established in China,which hinders the deepening of the reforms of economy system and personnel system.So,it is necessary to build the pension system for civil servants fitting for China.The paper makes a detailed review into the Chinese civil servants' pension.The whole process is divided into five periods in terms of the significant events to analyze its characteristic conveniently.After a comparative study on the practical reform ways of some regions has been made,a profound analysis on the reform's achievements and its problem will be arrived at.
