| 摘 要： | 现代服务业发展水平标志着一个地区社会经济发展的程度,发展现代服务业对建设和谐社会、扩大就业和优化经济结构的作用日益重要。通过分析社会经济发展由制造业主导向服务业主导的转变,论证预测其对扩大就业及优化经济结构等方面的作用,提出黑龙江省加快发展现代服务业的重点及对策。
