| Abstract: | Based on the contractual theory and entrepreneurial theory of the firm, the article analyses the human capital and intellectual contracts as a special labor in the firm. The key to understand high tech enterprises is to explain the property of intellectual labor. A sharecropping contract model is given to explain the contractual nature and entrepreneurial characteristics of high tech enterprises. |
