规模、区位与中小企业融资环境--基于四川中小企业融资的比较分析

中小企业在经济发展方面具有重要的功能性作用,所以我国中小企业融资困境一直受到经济理论和实践的重视.结合先前的研究,本文认为中小企业融资除了受相对于大企业而言的规模劣势外影响外,还受由于区域经济金融发展不平衡而产生的区位劣势的制约.论文主要对我国西部省份四川的中小企业融资情况进行了实证分析,显示其在融资过程中典型地面临规模劣势和区位劣势,与沿海经济发达省区中小企业相比融资环境更为不利,并通过具体的统计数据从不同角度作了对比分析,最后探讨了逐步消除这些劣势的可能的措施.

Scale, region and financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises--An comparative study based on financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of Sichuan

Small and medium - sized enterprises play an important role in economic development. The financing of China's small and medium - sized enterprises has been concerned by theoretical and practical circles. This paper reveals that the financing of small and medium - sized enterprises is not only affected by the relative small scale when comparing with big enterprises but also is hampered by regional disadvantage because imbalanced regional financial development. This paper mainly analyzes financing condition of small and medium - sized enterprises of Sichuan Province, indicates that it has typical regional scale disadvantage and regional disadvantage in the process of financing and that it is worse when comparing them with the financing of small and medium - sized enterprises of coastal areas, uses real data statistics to make comparison and analysis from different angles and discusses the possible measures for gradually changing the disadvantages.
