| 摘 要： | 网络环境下大型建设项目风险异常复杂。利用系统论的观点和方法,提出网络环境下大型建设项目风险复杂系统的概念,以这一概念为基础,探讨了网络环境下大型建设项目风险系统的构成及其本质特征,进而分析了网络环境下大型建设项目风险生成和传导效应机制,因而得到了网络环境下大型建设项目风险分析的理论框架。

| Abstract: | Under network environment large - scale construction projects involves very complicated risks. Based on the systematic view and approaches, the paper presents the concept of complicated system, which can be conducive to clarifying the composition and characteristics of implementing such projects. It frames the theory with regard to establishing the creating and transmitting mechanism of carrying out large - scale construction projects under network environment. |
