石漠化即喀斯特荒漠化、石化,是广西生态环境最突出的问题。其成因既有自然原因,也有人类活动原因。为了促进广西石山区经济的可持续发展,必须从治理石漠化,保护石山地区生态环境入手。应采取明确石山区土地所有权;调整有关林业政策;综合治理;妥善解决能源问题;控制人口;解决资金短缺问题,优化区域内产业结构和布局;严格执法;完善生态补偿机制等措施。

Discussion on the Measures for Prevention and Control of Land Stony Desertification

The paper points out that both nature and human activities are the main reasons for the formation of stony desertification in Guangxi Autonomous Region.The paper argues that for promoting the sustainable economic development of Shishan region of Guangxi,focus must be put on prevention and control stony desertification for the protection of ecological environment of Shishan;it goes on to provide some specific methods for improving this situation,these include: well defining the land ownership of Shishan,readjusting forest policy,making efforts on comprehensive treatment,settling the shortage of funds,optimizing the industrial structure and layout of internal region,enforcing laws strictly,perfecting a mechanism for ecological compensation.
