| 摘 要： | 在分析我国高等教育投资立法现状的基础上,指出了高等教育投资立法的依据:一是宪法和教育法律,二是党和国家的教育政策,三是外国高等教育投资立法经验。最后提出了我国高等教育投资立法基本内容的框架构想。
