基于列和求逆的电力工程项目风险模糊评价

摘    要:描述了电力工程项目的风险对企业追求利益最大化的影响,并且分析了正确的风险评价可以帮助企业未来增强风险关系水平。本论文通过分析相关风险因素,建立了广泛、合理的评价指标体系。此外采用列和求逆和模糊评价定性与定量相结合的方法来计算电力工程项目的风险等级。最后,通过实例计算表明此种组合方法能够很好的评价电力工程项目的风险等级并为电力行业加强风险管理提供理论基础。

Abstract:With the special characteristics of power engineering project in construction process,there are many uncertainty risk factors.This paper established a comprehensive risk evaluation index system through analyzing its characteristics and industry environment,and at the same time adopt mathematical model.First of all,column and inverse method were used to calculate the weight of each index,and then fuzzy evaluation method was used for the risk degree evaluation.Qualitative and quantitative analysis were combined to calculate the risk degree of power engineering project,and obtained the risk degree is moderate.
