中国汽车企业所有权结构与技术创新问题研究

创新理论和产权理论以及前人的研究均说明,所有权结构作为企业基本的制度环境,对企业技术创新的行为和绩效有着重要的影响。本文通过实证研究,得出中国汽车企业中,内资企业比中外合资企业更注重技术创新并获得了成长。内资企业中的国有控股企业技术创新绩效较差,但没有证据表明非国有控股企业技术创新活动更活跃。

The Relationship between Ownership Structure and Technology Innovation: Chinese Car Industry

Innovation theory,nature theory and previous studies all demonstrated that ownership which is the basic system environment of the enterprise had great influence on innovation performance.By conducting the empirical analysis in Chinese automobile companies,we get to the following conclusion：（1） Domestic enterprises attach more importance on technological innovation and gain improvement;（2） Among the domestic enterprise,state-owned enterprises have poor innovation performance,and we did not support the idea that non-state-owned enterprises have more technological innovation activities.
