| 摘 要： | 分析了反垄断法的立法原则,概括出会对电力行业产生影响的二点原则＂有条件的豁免＂和＂有效竞争机制＂原则。从电力行业的垄断特性出发,分析了上述二点原则在电力行业内部业务环节和外部行政监管环节产生的影响。

| Abstract: | In this article,two principles,namely ＂conditioned remit＂ and ＂effective competition mechanism＂ are raised from the analysis of antimonopoly legislation principles.Considering the monopoly features of the power enterprises,we discuss the influence these two principles posed on sectors like Internal electricity business service and external administration regulatory as well. |
