基于知识经济的员工心理契约构建的对策探析

摘    要:一直以来心理契约是企业留住人才的主要途径之一,通过对员工心理施以企业愿景、价值观、经济报酬等方面的影响从而达到精神留人的目的。知识经济的到来为企业人力资源管理工作既带来了机会同时也带来了挑战。本文在分析心理契约概念、特点、及知识经济挑战的基础上,提出了在知识经济条件下构建心理契约的对策。

Abstract:Psychological contract has been one of the main ways of retaining talents for enterprises,and achieving the purpose of keeping people from the spirit by imposing corporate vision,values and other aspects of compensation on the staff psychologically.The arrival of knowledge economy has not only brought opportunities for human resource management but also challenges.This paper has proposed strategies of building psychological contract in the knowledge economy on the basis of analyzing concept and feature of psychological contract,also the challenges of the knowledge economy.
