| Abstract: | The knowledge transfer is a hot issue today,the study of the impact of its currently relatively less,particularly for enterprises of empirical research has not been researched.The paper from the point of view of enterprise,to explore knowledge transfer reading enterprise performance impact analysis.The results of research show that knowledge transfer and enterprise performance positively correlated.The use of multiple regression equations,and SPSS software empirical data analysis. |
