| 摘 要： | 对华反倾销已成为我国外贸面临的一只难以驯服的“拦路虎”，亚洲对华反倾销地位日益上升，受美欧对华反倾销的影响甚大，是GATT／WTO反倾销协议的积极响应，对此我国要积极做好亚洲对华反倾销的反诉工作，加强对亚洲反倾销实体法和程序法的研究，掌握亚洲对华反倾销的特点，以做到理性傅弈，有效防范亚洲在华倾销。

| Abstract: | Anti-dumping has become an important obstacle that China's foreign trade faces. Because of the impact of USA and Europe Asia's anti-dumping to China rises day by day, and Asia becomes a positive response of GATT/WR) anti-dumping agreement. China should strengthen the study on Asia anti-dumping entity and procedure rules, grasp the characteristics of China' s anti-dumping of Asia, and choose countervailing measures correctly. |
