| 摘 要： | 基于对外投资理论和学者对对外直接投资(OFDI)逆向技术溢出问题的思考,以此来探究我国OFDI产生逆向技术溢出的影响机理,通过梳理相关作用机制以及影响因素来提出相应的政策建议,为相关企业和政府部门提供参考.
