| 摘 要： | 中小型高新技术企业存在着明显的阶段特征,本文将爱迪思企业生命周期曲线与高新技术企业的生命周期模型作为对照,结合拉瑞.葛雷纳(Larry E. Greiner)提出的五阶段模型,深入分析了中小型高新技术企业在成长阶段所面临的危机并提出了化解危机的对策。

| Abstract: | There are obvious phase characteristics in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.This essay compares Edison Business-life-cycle Curve with the life cycle model of the high-tech enterprises.Meanwhile,combining with five stages model proposed by Larry·Gelei Na(Larry E.Greiner) this essay deeply analyzes the crises in the growing stages of the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises and give the solutions to the crises. |
