长沙市低碳经济与土地集约利用的关系研究——基于Tapio脱钩理论的实证

为探明低碳经济与土地集约利用之间的关系,文章选取长沙市2002-2013年的社会经济数据,运用Tapio脱钩分析法,构建低碳经济与土地集约利用的脱钩模型进行实证研究,结果表明:长沙市2002-2013年低碳经济和土地集约利用由弱脱钩过渡到强脱钩,且近几年一直处于强脱钩状态,二者之间存在着显著的正相关关系,低碳经济促进了土地集约利用水平的提高,土地的集约利用也带动了低碳经济的发展,通过合理的政策引导及相应措施的采取,能够实现二者双赢的局面。

Research on the Relationship between Low-carbon Economy and Land Intensive Use in Changsha City---An Empirical Study Based on Tapio Decoupling Method

In order to explore the relationship between the low-carbon economy and intensive land use, the Tapio decoupling model is established to conduct empirical study by socioeconomic data of 2002 -2013 in Changsha city and Tapio decoupling method. The results show that the relationship between the low-carbon economy and intensive land use in Changsha city during 2002-2013 varies from weak decoupling to strong decoupling, and keeps strong decoupling in recent years, the relation is positive and significant. Low-carbon economy can promote the level of land intensive use and the realization of land intensive use can drive the development of low-carbon economy. Some reasonable policy guide and effective measurement enacting will realize the win-win of low-carbon economy and intensive land use.
