| 摘 要： | 在新形势下高校辅导员、班主任如何协作发挥合力，做好大学生思想政治教育工作，这一问题日益凸显。本文初步探讨了辅导员、班主任协作机制的构建：以目标为导向；以党委统一领导为前提；以选聘配备为基础；以协作为核心；以激励与考核机制为保障；以培养和研讨为后续发展动力。以期提高学校学生管理的成效。

| Abstract: | Issue relating to the cooperation of tutors and class-advisers in universities become more important for ideological and political work under today＇s new situation. This paper illustrates the construction of the cooperation mechanism for both tutors and class-advisers and discusses the formation of goal-oriented mechanism for this cooperation under the premise of unified leadership of Party Committee, based on the selected appointment system, with the sustainable development as the guarantee while expecting the efficiency in student management. |
