| 摘 要： | 针对火电建设项目的特点,结合建设项目后评价理论,分析了火电建设项目后评价的必要性,提出了火电建设项目后评价方法,即逻辑框架法、对比法和成功度评价法,总结了火电建设项目后评价的内容,给出了火电建设项目后评价指标体系,并结合实际后评价项目进行了分析说明。
