| 摘 要： | 建立新型农村养老保险制度是构建和谐社会、树立科学发展观的需要.国内外现行农村养老保险制度的模式,为我国建立新型农村养老保险制度提供了有益的启示.我国应采取立法先行,加大财政支持力度,多方筹资,加强监管等措施,积极探索新型养老保险制度.
