跳汰机自动控制系统的设计与实践

摘    要:跳汰机选煤因工艺简单、投资少和易于操作等特点,在选煤工业中占据重要地位。为解决目前老跳汰机自动化水平低、测控精度差等问题,提出了改造跳汰机自动控制系统的整套方案,解决了老跳汰机存在的一系列问题,提高了选煤质量。系统实际运行表明,该系统具有很多优点且具有一定的实用价值和推广价值。

Abstract:Selecting coal by using Tiao-Tai machine plays a very important role in the selecting coal industry because of its simple craft, small investment and easy operation. The complete scheme of reforming automatic control system of Tiao-Tai machine is presented for resolving the problems of low automation level and inferior inspecting and controlling precision in the old Tiao-Tai machine. A series of problems are solved and the selecting coal quality is improved. The practical run shows that this system has many advantages as well as specified practical value and spreading value.
