我国各省市综合承载力评价

随着城市人口的急剧增长以及城市规模的快速扩张,综合承载力对各省市经济发展的约束逐渐成为人们关注的焦点.本文从资源、经济和环境三个角度出发构建指标体系,采用功效系数法测算我国31个省、市、自治区当前的承栽力和承栽压力,并通过构建承压度这一指标对其进行总体评价.测定结果显示：广西、贵州和宁夏这几个省区的承压度较高,应该作为优化开发区;上海、江苏、天津等省市的承压度小于1,应该作为重点开发区.

The Evaluation of Comprehensive Carrying Capacity

With the sharp increase of urban population and rapid expansion of city size, the fact that the comprehensive car- rying capacity of city restricts its development has become a focus of concern. The paper establishes an index system from three perspectives covering resources, economy and environment and measures the current carrying capacity and carrying pressure of 31 provinces and autonomous regions by adopting the efficacy coefficient method. After an overall evaluation through building the index of bearing capacity, the result indicates that Guangxi, Guizhou and Ningxia has a higher bearing capacity than that of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Tianjin whose bearing capacity index less than 1. Therefore, the former one should be regarded as optimizing development zone while the latter as key areas for development.
