城市交通网络布局的AHP评价体系实证研究

城市交通网络布局质量评价,主要目的是分析评判交通网络空间布局的合理性、有效性。城市交通网络既是城市的骨架,又是城市社会经济活动、城市客货运输的载体。其布局好坏,是否合理有效,直接影响到城市的健康发展,影响到运输系统的效率高低,影响到城市交通结构的形成和变迁。本文以层次分析法(AHP)建立了包含基础设施、通达深度和服务特征三个子系统的城市交通网络布局的评价体系,并以河南省巩义市为例,对该市的城市交通网络布局进行了评价,并提出相应建议。

An Experienced Study on AHP Evaluation for Urban Traffic Network

The main purpose of evaluating the quality of urban traffic network distribution is to analyze and evaluate the rationality and validity of traffic network space distribution. Urban traffic network is the framework of a city and the carrier of the social economic activities and the passenger-cargo transportation of a city. The rationality and validity of its distribution has a direct influence on the healthy development of a city, the efficiency of its transportation system and the formation and change of urban transportation structure. The paper establishes an evaluation system of urban traffic network distribution with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The evaluation system comprises three sub-systems: infrastructure, reaching depth and service trait. With a case study in Gongyi City of Henan Province, the paper gives some evaluation of its traffic network and brings out some suggestions.
