摘    要:以硫脲作为硫源,在瓦特浴体系中通过电沉积方法获得Ni—S合金电极。阐述了电沉积过程中各工艺条件(硫脲浓度、电流密度、pH值及温度)对镀层中S含量的影响,指出硫脲浓度和电流密度为Ni—S合金镀层中S含量的主要影响因素,并用恒流充放电实验研究了电极的电化学性能。

Cyclicity of Nickel-Sulfur Supercapacitor
Abstract:Nickel-sulfur electrode was obtained in typical Watt bath adding thiourea by electrodeposition. The effects of thiourea concentratio, current density, temperature and pH value of electrolyte on sulfur content in the deposited nickel-sulfur electrode were systematically studied. And the hydrogen evolution overvoltage and electrochemical parameters of nickel-sulfur electrode were measured. The electrochemical properties of electrodes and the capacitive behavior of the resulting supercapacitor were studied by constant current charge--discharge tests.
