摘    要:现代商业银行“以客户为中心”的经营理念实质就是“以客户需求为中心”。客户需求因时而变,要求现代商业银行与时俱进。本课题依据现代营销学理论,立足分析客户需求,从响应客户需求,开展金融创新;顺应客户需求,调整业务结构;适应客户需求,提高服务效率三个方面设计我国商业银行应对公司客户需求变化的策略。

Abstract:Customer-oriented operation pursued by modern commercial banks is in essence an operation centering on customers' demand. Modern commercial banks are obligated to comply with the changing demand of customers, which vary from time to time. Based on modern marketing theory, this paper analyzes customers' demands and draw up strategies for commercial banks in China to meet the changing demands of customers in three aspects, e.g. to respond to customers' demand by making financial innovation, comply with customers' demand by adjusting business structures and adapt to customers' demand by improving service.
