国资：中国经济不可缺少的中流砥柱

国有经济的战线收缩或比重下降,从经济的角度来评判,是合理的和必须的,但也应该注意另一个方面,处于经济发展和体制改革转型阶段的国有经济,还承担着民营经济不可替代的历史性责任。国有经济不能将“趋利原则”作为唯一原则,不能一“退”了之。对于发展中的中国经济,国有经济中流砥柱的作用不可缺少。

But it should be noticed that the state-owned economics also resumes the historic responsi- bility which could not be substituted by private economic. State- owned economics should not take the rule of "trend for benefit "as the only rule and could not recede without any considers. State-owned economics is the indis- pensable mainstay of the developing state-owned economics.
