论小康生活实现的特点与走向

我国小康生活的实现具有速度快、指标全面、覆盖率高和实现内容现代化等优势特点，同时也存在着城乡差别、地区差别、各地区城镇差别和各地区农村差别的非均衡性特点，因此，应根据我国小康生活实现的这一特点，继续完成部分地区由温饱向小康的过渡、鼓励部分地区由小康向富裕过渡进而全面建设优质小康生活，为本世纪中叶实现富裕生活水平而奠定基础。

On Characteristics of Realizing the Well-off Life and Tendencies

This article analyses the advantageous characteristics as well as the unbalanced characteristics of China’s realization of comparatively well－off life.The advantageous characteristics include the high speed,comprehensive indexes,large－scale coverage and modernized contents.The unbalanced characteristics include the difference between urban and rural areas,regional difference,difference between cities and towns in different regions and rural difference in different regions.According to the national characteristics of China’s realization of the comparatively well－off life,the article points out that we continuously accomplish the transition from having enough to eat and wear to the well－off life in some areas,encourage some areas to transit from well－off life to prosperous life and establish the national well－off life which will lay the solid foundation for realizing the prosperous life in this century.
