| 摘 要： | 在分析我国地籍信息系统建设现状的基础上，采用GIS、数据库技术、网络技术等相关技术的最新成果，提出地籍信息系统开发方案，并针对所涉及的关键技术进行了研究，实验证明该方案可行而且高效。

| Abstract: | Based on the present situation of China's CIS (cadastral information system) construction, the researchers work out a strategy of CIS development using the serial products of ESRI, and studies key techniques involved in the development project. Tests have proved that the strategy is efficient and practical. |
