摘    要:人力资源管理是指对具有专门知识或技能的职业人员的开发、利用和管理,企业社会责任是指企业在创造利润,对股东负责的同时,还要承担对员工、消费者、社区和环境的责任,有效的人力资源管理是企业履行社会责任的重要表现之一。

Abstract:Human resource management is the development,utilization and management of the occupational staff who have special knowledge or skills,Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)is the responsibility that enterprise have to fulfill to the shareholder,staff,consumer,community and environment while creating its profits,an effective human resource management is a kind of manifestations that an enterprise fulfills its social responsibility.
