| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力向城市转移具有一定规律性,这种规律性既表现为转移劳动力对人力资本和社会资本的双重拥有,也表现为特定区域的选择;在农村劳动力沉淀于城市过程中,人力资本和社会资本的双重遴选机制更为显著;无论在城市还是在农村,这部分群体的社会分化在悄悄发生。
