| Abstract: | This paper based on the current status of construction projects explores the cost management and control of construction project. For each construction project, we should carefully understand the principles of construction project cost management, and on this basis predict, plan, account and analyze the cost of cost management. Only the good cost management and control of construction project can increase economic efficiency. |
