村镇连锁经营配送模式选择研究

发展农村流通在我国新农村建设进程中具有相当重要的作用。而连锁经营作为一种现代的管理经营方式，其物流流通方式更适合农村消费分散、地域广阔的经济特点。文章通过采用层次分析法对自营配送、供应商配送、第三方配送三种模式分析影响配送的效益与成本的各因素，得出三者的效益成本综合值的比率，最后针对得出的结论提出如何在我国农村发展第三方配送模式的一些政策建议。

Rural Chain Operation's Distribution in China

To develop the circulation in the rural area plays a very important part in the process of constructing socialist new countryside in China. It has been proved that chain operation is one of the modem ways in management and operation, which is more suitable for rural economy with the trait of logistics scattered consumption in the big region. This paper carries on through the analytic hierarchy process to three kind of delivery mode： the self-management distribution mode, the third party distribution mode and the distribution mode of supplier, comes out with their benefit-cost ratio obtained. In the end, there are some suggestions for how to run the third party distribution in China.
