| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的发展离不开政府参与的金融支持。政府参与科技型中小企业融资是有边界的而且是动态变化的。政府参与科技型中小企业融资支持的有效路径是完善和优化金融交易结构,促进市场有效率地运作。政府参与的边界和具体方式因科技型中小企业生命周期不同阶段的创新活动和资金需求不同而有差异。
