| 摘 要： | 为继续推进我国铁路的建设和发展,必须保持一定的投资力度,为解决铁路建设资金紧张的问题,可引进国内民营资本。国内民营资本进入铁路,不仅能扩大铁路投融资渠道,而且有利于形成有效的竞争秩序,使铁路在竞争中提高自身的实力,有利于深化铁路体制改革,引进先进的经营机制和管理模式,有利于增大产品开发和创新力度,启动新的市场。

| Abstract: | To continuously push forward the development and the construction ofChina railway, there must be a certain and sustainable investment level. To resolvethe problem of tight budget in railway construction, it is feasible to introduce privatecapital. The domestic private capital's coming into railway sector can not only expandthe investment and financing channels for railway, but also can help to form an effectivecompetition order so that the railway can improve its ability during competition; todeepen railway structural reform so as to introduce advanced management mechanism;to enhance the exploration and innovation of products so as to initiate a new market. |
