| 摘 要： | 企业合作契约对于规范节点企业行为、提高合作效率具有重要作用。通过分析两种理念下企业合作契约形成机制,从合作范围、合作项目、合作效率等角度比较两种理念下企业合作契约,得出结论:供需网理念下形成的企业合作契约比供应链理念下形成的企业合作契约效果更好。
