Abstract:Virtual organizations refer to some dynamic alliance responding to the tendency of rapid development technology of the and economic globalization, the members of which may come from different regions, nations whose cultures are in conflict. And the labor force is characterized by the diversity of culture in its make-up, which requires the diversification of management. This paper discusses why it is necessary for the virtual organizations to manage diversity, and how it can exercise influence on the virtual organizations, and in the end, motivation, communication, leadership style, training and contract system should be established and improved to implement the diversification.
