金融危机背景下中小企业财务管理创新研究

在全球金融危机的背景下，我国中小企业的快速发展受到严重影响，并且分化严重，不少企业处于停产半停产状态，也有部分中小企业经营状况良好。但是，中小企业融资难、贷款难的现象越来越严重，大部分中小企业陷入财务困境。本文在分析了中小企业财务管理中存在的缺陷和不足的基础上，提出了通过财务管理创新、突破金融危机困境的观念。并具体阐述了中小企业财务管理创新的途径和方法，如创新财务管理理念、合理确定财务管理目标、创新企业融资管理、创新企业投资管理等等。

Research of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises'Financial Control Innovation under the Background of Financial Crisis

Under the background of global financial crisis, small and medium-sized enterprise＇s fast development in China has also been seriously influenced, many enterprises are under suspend production or half production suspension condition, but part of small and medium-sized enterprises are still under good operation. However, the phenomenon of difficult financing and loan for the small and medium-sized enterprise are getting more and more seriously, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises fall into the financial difficulty. This article first analyzed the flaws and the insufficiencies in the small and medium-sized enterprises＇ financial control, and then proposed ideas to break through the difficult financial crisis position through financial control innovation. And then the paper illustrated the financial control innovation ways and the method specifically, like innovating financial control idea, reasonable determination of financial control goal, innovating enterprise financing management, innovating investment in enterprise management and so on.
