化学灌浆在水电站混凝土裂缝修复中的应用

摘    要:里底水电站厂房泄洪底孔及冲沙孔多属大体积高强混凝土,且过流面等级强度为C40抗冲耐磨混凝土,水泥水化热集中、并且昼夜温差大等综合因素,致使坝体流道混凝土表面出现细小裂缝和裂纹。经咨询、论证决定对混凝土表面裂缝进行化学灌浆处理,以达到补强、抑裂和提高流道混凝土抗冲磨、防渗耐久性能。

Abstract:Most of the flood discharge bottom holes and sand scouring holes of the powerhouse of Lidi Hydropower Station belong to large volume high-strength concrete,and the grade strength of the overflow surface is C40 anti-scour and abrasion-resistant concrete.Small cracks and cracks appear on the concrete surface of the flow channel of the dam body due to comprehensive factors such as concentrated heat of cement hydration and large temperature difference between day and night.After consultation and demonstration,it is decided to carry out chemical grouting treatment on surface cracks of concrete in order to achieve reinforcement,crack suppression and improve anti-scour and anti-seepage durability of runner concrete.
