| 摘 要： | 随着国际结算的发展，UCPS00由于在条款设置及措词方面存在一定不足，已经不能完全满足和适应进出口实务以及银行业实际业务的需要。因此，国际商会（ICC）2007年推出了新的统一惯例（UCP600）对信用证业务加以指引。UCP600的生效意味着信用证业务将更多地受到本惯例的解释。面对UCP600对进出口实务的影响，我国企业、银行和法律界要认真应对，争取把影响减轻到最低限度。
