摘    要:员工之间的互帮互助对于组织的有效运行无疑有着至关重要的作用。然而,近年来学者们提出助人有可能对员工本人产生负面影响,但至今为止仍没有足够的实证研究。本研究表明,员工助人行为和其工作负荷感之间是非线性关系;当员工不积极寻求他人帮助,或者感知到较低的目标相互依赖时,其助人行为会导致较高的工作负荷感。

Abstract:While interpersonal helping has been recognized as crucial for organization success,in this research we have investigated the potential negative impacts of helping behavior on employees.Our findings suggest that employees' helping behavior leads to increased role overload when they engage in less help-seeking,and when they perceive lower level of cooperative goal interdependence.
