| 摘 要： | 发达国家和地区在政府投资项目的治理模式上有着一定的共同点,即宏观模式上采取集中管理的模式,微观模式上采取委托管理模式,我国现有政府投资项目的治理模式受传统行政代理模式的影响很深。综合了发达国家和地区政府投资项目治理的经验,提出了对我国政府投资项目治理模式选择的启示。
