Currently, The human resources development of Central China is facing the problems of low rate of talent utilization, low quality of the human resources, etc. And absence of a profound human resources development concept, insufficient development of education, low industrial level of the labor force and cuhural construction lag are major causes of the low level of the human resources development. We should exert more fruitful efforts towards strengthening the power of macro regulation and control and the policy support, advancing the strategies of human resources development, stabilizing the talent force, and guiding the communication and cooperation of talents in different regions.
