Study of Industrial Cluster by Integration Theory

Industrial cluster is a model to promote district economy development. Its fundamental idea is increasing benefit through aggregation. Whether industrial cluster would produce non-linear increasing of function and effectiveness depends on its effective management. Based on integration theory, this thesis discusses related concepts about industrial cluster and unique superiority of industrial cluster from the level of internal force of integration. Then the paper draws forth management issues of industrial cluster. It holds that optimizing operation environment, enhancing quality of clustered enterprises, narrowing distance between industrial cluster and integrated elements such as supplying and requiring parties outside it are keys of management of industrial cluster.
