| 摘 要： | 根据河南省的资源禀赋条件、社会经济特征和发展进程判断,制约中原崛起的资源约束、制度约束和技术约束在农业。发展河南现代农业,是协调自然、经济和社会三大系统关系,夯实中原崛起的经济基础、社会基础和生态基础的基本途径。只有发展现代农业,才能切实解决农业大省的发展问题,加快河南的工业化、城镇化和现代化进程。

| Abstract: | According to the resource conditions,social economic character and developing course of Henan province,the resource restriction,institution restriction and technology restriction which impede the rising of Central China lie in agriculture.Beveloping modern agriculture is the basic measure of harmonizing the three relationships of nature,economy and society,and consolidating the economic,social and ecological bases.Only by developing modern agriculture can Henan province solve the developing problem of a large agricultural province,and quicken the process of industrialization,urbanization and modernization. |
