| Abstract: | Under the care of the three-generation leaders of the CPC for constructing TGP, a large quantity of thorough investigation and study on flood control, electricity generating, navigation and so forth, which are related to the interests of numerous people, was completed with positive and prudent policy and scientific manner. Based on these works, the significant decision for constructing TCP was drawn up. Reviewing the whole decision course could help us understand the brillient style of the Party's leaders and the significance of the "Three Represents" Theory, and inspire numerous hydropower workers to go in for developing waterpower resources actively and to serve the people whole-heartedly. |
