摘    要:本文通过盆栽试验以不同因素不同水平进行正交设计,得到不同配比的基质,来研究基质的保水性和对高羊茅生长指标(发芽率、生长高度、生物量)的影响,通过极差和方差分析得出该试验的最优配方为A283c3D2,即因素A(有机无机复混肥)用量为0.48g,因素B(秸秆)用量为7.13g,因素C(液态地膜)用量为0.11g,因素D(保水剂)用量为057g,该试验为公路绿化恢复技术提供理论和技术依据。

Abstract:In this paper, orthogonal experiment of pot experiment with different levels and different factors was designed, so as to study the substrate's water absorbency and the impact on Festuca arundinacea's growth index (germination rate, growth height, biomass). And selected by range analysis and variance analysis, it was shown that the optimal formula were A2B3C3D2, namely which the dosage of factor A (organic-inorganic compound fertilizer) was 0.475g, factor B (straw) was 7.13g, factor C (liquid film) was 0.1 lg, factor D (water retaining agent) was 0.57g. The research is to provide theory and scientific evidence for road revegetation techonology.
