桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工中常规问题与处理措施

桥梁桩基施工的隐蔽性决定了施工过程中存在不可预见性的因素较多,经常出现一些问题不可避免,如果这些问题不及时解决,将直接影响到桩基的工程质量,给工程造成损失。本文主要对常规施工方法下,在桩基钻孔、桩基清孔及桩基混凝土灌注的施工过程等三个方面容易出现的问题及其相应的处理措施进行介绍。

General Problems in the Construction of Bridge Bored Pile and Treatment Measures

The concealment in the construction of bridge pile foundation determine that there are many unpredictable factors in the construction process. Some problems are inevitable, if these problems are not solved in time, it will directly affect the quality of the pile project, and bring loss to the project. This paper introduced the common problems in three aspects of construction process： pile drilling, pile hole cleaning and pouring concrete piles, under the conventional construction method and introduced their corresponding measures.
