粤西北山地丘陵区农村居民点整治潜力调查与评价研究

摘    要:以连州市作为研究区域,针对连州市农村居民点现状与近五年内的整治潜力情况进行调查分析与评价。结果显示,连州市未来五年,共计37个行政村的农村居民点可进行整治,合计整治潜力69.23公顷。整治潜力较大的一级潜力行政村合计整治规模有45.64公顷,主要分布在西岸镇、龙坪镇、九陂镇、大路边镇以及连州镇等镇。二级潜力行政村合计整治规模有23.60公顷,主要分布在保安镇、丰阳镇、九陂镇、连州镇、龙坪镇、三水乡、西岸镇、西江镇以及瑶安乡等乡镇。通过研究可知各级整治潜力合计以九陂镇最多,有18.35公顷。东陂镇、星子镇等镇现有人均农村居民点面积较低,暂无整治需求。

Evaluation and Investigation of the Rural Residential Land Rearrangement Potential of Mountainous and Hilly Areas of Northwestern Guangdong

Abstract:In order to evaluation and investigation of the rural residential land rearrangement potential of mountainous and hilly areas of northwestern Guangdong, Lianzhou as a study area, the status of rural residential land use and the land rearrangement potential of the study area in the next five years were investigated and evaluated. The results showed that, there were 37 administra-tive villages should be rearranged in the next five years, and the total rearrangement potential was 69.23 hectares. The first level potential area was 45.64 hectares, and the administrative villages were mainly distributed in Xian, Longping, Jiubei, Dalubian, Lianzhou, and other towns. The second level potential area was 23.60 hectares, and they were mainly distributed in Baoan, Fengyang, Jiubei, Lianzhou, Longping, Sanshui, Xian, Xijiang, Yaoan, and other towns. The rearrangement potential of Jiubei town was up to 18.35 hectares. Dongbei, Xingzi and other towns existing rural residential area per capita is lower, no rectification demand.
