供应链管理下鲜活农产品流通模式的探讨

摘    要:目前,我国鲜活农产品流通状况存在着物流损耗大、流通成本较高;小规模生产不适应大市场流通;流通渠道长、流通主体混杂等问题,对此提出了基于供应链管理的鲜活农产品流通模式,分别建立以企业化的批发市场和超市为核心企业的鲜活农产品供应链管理模式,并说明两种模式各自的优点,同时提出了两种模式实施的相关对策和保障措施。

Abstract:Through the analysis on the conditions about the circulation of fresh agricultural products,this paper notes those existing problems such as the loss of logistics,the small scale of production unfit for big market circulation;the long channel of circulation and too many entities in channel puts forward two modes of supply chain management about it buibling wholesale market as the core company while taking the supermarket as the core company.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of both modes,this paper offers some suggestions on strengthening these modes.
